Competency based Interview coaching 

Competency based interviewing is common across many sectors, particularly the civil and public service.  Succeeding at these interviews requires much preparation from the application process to the interview but our experience is that this investment pays off. 

Angela Smiddy is an experienced HR Professional and Coach who has over 15 years experience of coaching professionals of all levels and disciplines to succeed in their careers.

The following interview coaching options are available to clients and offer support for :

Option 1:           2 x Interview Coaching Sessions (90 mins each) 

                       Session 1 will  help you to clearly formulate and articulate scenarios based on past experience in preparation for competency                               based interviews

                       Session 2 involves a mock interview and feedback

The fee also includes review of the completed application form and job specification before session 1

 Fee:         €500 (includes VAT)


 Option 2:           2 hour interview session

                         A two-hour coaching session focused on competency based interviews. Tailored to the specific needs of the client

                         Includes review of completed application form and job specification before the session.

Fee:          €375 (Includes VAT)

Includes a review of application form before submission to ensure you have aligned your skills and experience with the competencies outlined for the role.

Fee:       €120  (includes VAT)
